师生邀请了各自的外国朋友共庆中秋，以传承和弘扬中华民族优秀传统文化，让国际友人感受中秋民俗文化，但由于时差，工作学习等原因，未能到场，我们将活动中关于中秋节的介绍通过云端分享给他们，以给外国友人带去全新的认识和感受，共庆中秋佳节、共叙国际友谊。

中秋味道
月饼形如天上圆月，是中秋专属的味蕾记忆，蕴藏着对家庭团圆的美好希冀，是中国人心中最具代表性的家国味道。
Are mooncakes the same everywhere? 以这个问题开启大家对各地月饼的讨论。来自内蒙古的哈达苏荣同学分享了有内蒙古特有的月饼——奶皮子月饼，并用英文解释。
Milk skin moon cake is a unique moon cake in Inner Mongolia, with unique practices and exquisite materials. The outer skin is made of butter and flour, with thin skin and many fillings. The filling is made of milk skin processed with milk and baked. This kind of moon cake is rich in milk fragrance, sweet but not greasy. Many people who have tasted it say that they feel like eating the taste of the prairie.
内蒙古特色的混糖月饼恰巧与许睿介绍的大同老式月饼有异曲同工之妙。苏打哈荣也给出了英文释义。
Sugar mixed moon cakes have always been popular with everyone. The traditional manual practices and tastes are different from the sweet and greasy ones of Southern moon cakes. Sugar mixed moon cakes have the characteristics of "sweet but not greasy, crisp but not scattered, and long-term storage without rancidity".

Not all mooncakes are the same. Over the centuries they have developed regional characteristics . Some particularly well-known varieties include those from Beijing, Suzhou, Guangdong , Hong Kong, and Sichuan). Some examples of these regional variations include:
Beijing-style (京式月饼) are known for their crispy brown shell .
Suzhou mooncakes (苏式月饼) have many layers of thin, pale pastry which forms their crust .
Guangzhou-style mooncakes (广式月饼) have a thick, soft shell and more varied options for fillings.
In Taiwan, sweet potatoes (红薯) are also used as a mooncake filling.
Hong Kong-style mooncakes (港式月饼) (also known as Cantonese-style) are known for their double egg yolks and lotus seed paste fillings.

老师分享了晋中当地的拜月仪式短片。
This video is a collection of ceremonies of worshiping the moon on the mid autumn festival. It happened in my hometown Taigu, Jinzhong City. The most important part of the ceremony is worshiping the moon，which includes burning the yellow paper that is used when hornour the ancestors and worship the God, the second is paying the tributes which include Manitou whose shapes are like flowers, all kinds of fruits, and mooncakes， the third part is burning censer， at the same time, people make wishes. They hope families can get together and be happy, and fruits and grains will have abundant harvest.
